The Torrington Library celebrated its 150th Anniversary on October 10, 2014. On April 15, 2015 the Torrington Library’s Board of Trustees voted to move forward with an estimated $5.7 million dollar building project. 18 months later on December 5, 2016 the renovated Library reopened.
